The staff was very friendly during my stay.

I faced multiple issues throughout my stay. The room door card wouldn't work, forcing me to get it re-coded. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, which made my experience uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel was quite run down, leaving me disappointed.

The blood-stained sheets were just too much, and the laughing staff didn't help! also, is there a reason the vending machines only take cash? I mean, really? after all this, I thought I deserved a complimentary drink or something. not to mention, I'm sure I could've given a glowing review, but i just couldn’t.

Great location near highways and restaurants plus there’s a laundry facility which was super convenient. Staff was always friendly and helped us with our questions and gave great tips on local spots to check out.

The hallways can feel a bit neglected and a touch of cleaning would really help improve the overall vibe.

The queen studio was super comfy with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and full-sized fridge. Loved having a flat-screen TV and a nice seating area. The bathroom had free toiletries, and the room was clean and spacious with ample closet space. It’s close to Kroger and several restaurants, making it convenient for meals.

This place was just a prime choice for a stopover in Blue Ash with good value for the price. I was glad to have cleaning supplies on hand to tidy up a bit. Make sure to check for cash availability before your stay if you want snacks from the vending machines.

Dive into the local eats at Skyline Chili—perfect for a quick bite or Taco Bell for those late-night cravings! Plus, the friendly staff tried to make things work, even when it felt like we were stuck in a retro time warp. It was a mix of nostalgia and the entertaining quirks of this place.

The whole place reeked of cigarettes, the floors were disgusting, and dirty duct tape literally held up baseboard trim and covered holes in the carpet. The 'breakfast' was a joke with tiny muffins, granola bars, and coffee full of grounds. On the first night, two cars got broken into. Thank god not ours.
